It does far more than "limit their options". It serves as an anti-takeover measure while allowing CO to acquire others. I do not see how it limits Larry's/CO options...beyond having to deal with hostile takeovers.

nancy61, can you help me understand why NW reorganizing into a new corporation would not constitute a change of control per the definition of the contract? Specifically, I am confused why the invalidation of old stock and issuance of new stock not count fall under this definition as a NW affected company assets are being restructured under a new entity (...or at least I think...but then again, that's why I ask
