There is a lot of wrong information in this thread.

1) Northwest's "Golden Share" is still valid and in effect. A Chapter 11 filing is not a COC based on the COC definition.

2) Larry and Continental do not like the Golden Share or want it to stay in place. Why would they? All it does is limit their options.
