If US expects to sell more F seats, they will first need to invest in a better product. You've got to spend money to make money.
BINGO!!!! European (overall) and Asian carriers get this concept. U.S. carriers (except DL lately, it seems) don't. It just kills me. "You don't CUT your way to success"!!!!!
