I think UPS still operates the DC-8, not sure about Emory. The Boeing 707 was similar, but fairly rare to see these days, although John Travolta gets a lot of press on his. They are both narrow body 4 engine. The easiest way to tell the difference:
707 - Antenna pointing forward from top of tailfin.
DC-8 - Two air scoops under the nose.
