I know the service in ZRH very well. I come through so often, they usually greet me by name w/o having to show my card. I like the very personal welcome you get at the lounge once they know you.

The point is, the car service is limited to one single car available at this time. They are currently trying out the service, it is not advertised anywhere. As far as I am concerned, they never picked me up yet and I don't have a problem with that.

BTW, I had my first pick up in FRA today. Arrived 2,5 hours late from EWR, so my connecting flight to SZG was gone. They had rebooked me to MUC and a voucher ready for the train or a rental car from MUC to SZG. Thy drove me to the MUC gate and I was in and out of FRA in less than 30 minutes. Everything was handled quite impressively, except that of course my luggage didn't arrive with me in MUC.
