Searched for this but couldn't find anything. I have booked a flight from San Diego to Seattle for 6 30 pm this evening using my miles. I wanted to standby for an earlier flight. CSR told me this is not possible on an outbound flight for an award ticket!

Is there a way around this? Thanks in advance
