Firstly, re: is it 'being indignant' or a clear halachic question not to fly a Jewish airline which flies on Shabbat. It is a clear halachic rule, known as 'mesayeia', meaning 'assisting'. It is forbidden to assist another Jew in their business if that business violates cardinal principles of Jewish law. Once again, I must stress: You may not personally like that statement, but Jewish law is quite unequivocal about the matter.
Secondly, re: Shabbos goy. The use of a 'Shabbos goy' is VERY heavily restricted in halacha. Without going into too much detail, asking a non-Jew to perform a shabbos-forbidden action for a Jew on Shabbat renders the result of the action itself forbidden, until such time has passed after Shabbat that the action could be performed again. There are circumstances where it is permitted, and actions which are permitted, but such a discussion would be far to involved for this forum.
Thirdly: As far as 'selling' the business over Shabbat is concerned, such a sale MAY be permitted if the business is a partnership and there is a clear separation of income and expenses between Shabbat and the rest of the week, in such a manner that the non-Jewish partner essentially works for himself on Shabbat and not for the benefit of the Jewish partner. However, if the business has a name or reputaion which clearly labels and associates it with the Jewish partner (for example, a chain of shops called Cohen's) that is also forbidden.

I do not think there is anyone who cannot eat kosher food for religious reasons. I have not yet met any non-Jews who have a fundamental requirement to eat any food which is forbidden under Jewish law. When we host non-Jewish guests in our home we do not make our kitchen non-kosher in order to serve them. Likewise, neither does EL AL. If they were to serve any non-kosher food, you would find that they would have their kosher certification removed immediately.
