I was in paid F one time and had an equipment change and not only did I loose my F seat but Y was oversold. The agent told me to stay near the gate and assured me I would be ahead of everyone on the list to get on the plane. She mentioned something about a downgrade kit. At the last minute a F seat opened up. I never got to see a downgrade kit. What are in these kits?
