I don't think it's worth it from HKT-BKK. I'm a pretty picky flyer. I don't fly economy well, but TGs domestic Y is just fine for the short hops.

If you're going BKK-HKT, the benefit of the lounge is nice and may help outway the cost... if you don't have a Star Gold card.
