How to do it
Create a new bookmark
1. Give it a name (e.g. BA booking)
2. In the Location box, enter

NB Don't include that [/url] bit: I had to add it so that the full url is displayed
3. Set the Keyword to ba
4. Click OK
For some reason this doesn't work (using Firefox 1.5.0.9) when I set the Keyword to ba but works fine if I set the Keyword to my booking reference.

Very useful. I presume I can do something similar to create bookmarks to my online reservation records with other airlines. Time to experiment.....
