A little ACK history

I love that JetBlue will be flying to ACK.

It's interesting to look at some of the jet service to the Island.

Back in the early 70's Northest (later Delta) flew DC-9's to BOS and NYC (LGA I think). Some of the flights stopped in Martha's Vineyard.

In the 80's, New York Air had DC-9's to BOS and LGA (again some via MVY).

In the 90's, as mentioned above, CO had 737's to both LGA and EWR (though not the same summers). AA also had an MD-80 to LGA.

Business express had BAC 146's (to .....)

Currentyl USAirways have the CRJ's and CO have the Brasilia's.
