I got a feeling the previous tennatn have stuffed around with the line to a cable company as well. How do I find out?

They also give me this time slot: 9:30-12:30.

I mean really, who will wait for someone to come and might not even come as they said they might be able to connect the line from an exchange.

This is absolutely ridiculous. If it is not because of hte ADSL line I will not even bother with the BT line.
