Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but Q fares on KE tickets earn no miles in the Delta SkyMiles program. They earn 70% of miles in KE's SkyPass, but nothing on Delta.
Note, however, that Q fares on DL tickets do earn miles on DL. Q is considered an extra-discounted excursion class on KE, but is considered a mid-level international or upper-level domestic fare class on DL.
