Avianca's FF program is fairly worthless
Two months later, and I have yet to receive credit for any of my Avianca flights. That's with my FF number inserted on my reservation record and boarding passes.
Since them I've been told I have to fax my BPs and tickets. I can do the BPs, but a snarling gate agent took all other ticketing information.
Sigh. Why can't Avianca have a decent website, phone help, or program? They act as if E-Ticketing is still years away from happening.
