You can book on Hyatt's website, and use the code CR60354 in the "Group/Corporate #" field (this also works for Grand Hyatt Shanghai). This is the Amex FHR code.
That code does not seem to work on hyatt's website. I called Hyatt, and they told us the Amex FHR rate can only be booked thru Amex travel agent directly. Do you know the number I can call for this?
