Back a few years ago, weren't you and Franny PMs? I agree on CLT, however, if it grew to the size of ATL I'm sure if would have similar issues. Which is to say it would still be miles ahead of PHL, IMO. The F service on DL more than marginally better than US, but still not premium. I agree on the US shuttle; easiest consistent upgrade out there.
