On the A340, the only good seats in row 1 are 1JK. I would not opt for 1E because to your left are compartments for the video system, a closet, a crew documentation compartment ... LOTS of traffic, opening and closing of doors there.
7K is fine, row 7 is in a cabin of itself, only 1 row, so it's like a "bulk head" but on the NTC that doesn't really mean anything since all seats are "shells".
4D does not exist. It's AB EF JK on the Airbus.
You won't be able to take row 2AB beacuse 2A is for eventualy infants and is a bassinet seat (same for 7AB when it exists).
