Does the 1K desk book this themselves, or do they have to call inventory management to actually book the flight? Also on a somewhat unrelated matter I recently noticed an award ticket endorsement box on ticket said no vdb which was odd, but again I'm not sure that g/as really honor those endorsements anyway.
