Yep. Those airline miles did it to me too.
During Lenten fasting periods, I usually make up some McCann's Irish Oatmeal and add brown sugar, raisins, and cinnamon toward the end of the cooking or heating up process.
Other than this and for a little variety, I will eat Kashi GoLean Crunch from time to time with some soy milk.
I used to like Total Corn Flakes, but now I can no longer find it on the shelves of any store in my area, so I have to assume it has been discontinued.
