I wouldn't advertise the flight numbers that we experience this great service. There are a few executives who monitor these boards. They probably don't want to hear about FAs giving away free stuff. It's a nice gesture BUT, it doesn't "protect the revenue"!

I disagree.. I think that DL executives would actually be pretty pleased that the FA's are taking the extra steps to make sure that the frequent fliers are being taken care of. I'm sure they're not so short sighted to believe that giving a Medallion customer $5 worth of food and drink to keep them flying on DL is a bad thing.

I'm curious as to why the OP thought that the
service was "Better", I'm reading that it was as good as, with a more space (not service), but not better.
