I think you all are correct - she must have said organs. She was 5-7 feet away from me (I had already walked past her) and standing next to an open jet door when she said that, so that made it harder to hear. Also, when she said "deliver", I suspect it primed my mind to think of food/flowers/etc. first. That's my excuse anyway...
