Im off to HK in april and will be the only diamond member. i have booked rooms in my name.. I have heard that the upgrade situ is a bit offy anyway.. what are the chances of getting 5 people upgraded in 3 rooms?

Mr T is loosing his diamond this year.
do plat upgrde certs work at that hotel ?

any experiences apprecuiated as I can stay at the conrad and get all the rooms upgraded as we are all diamond and gold.

Id love to stay at the hyatt however.
