I am also on the BUH deal, booked Blue Air to BCN on the 1 Euro fare for July, last week I got a schedule change email from Blue Air about a 5 minute schedule change.... no idea why you didnt get yours...

Had the same situation with SkyEurope when they pulled out March flights to BUD from the schedule and didnt inform me until I read about it where else but FT. Sent an email never got a response.
Called the centre in Poland and was allowed to rebook my flights onto any other system wide flight on any date under any name, worked out well, got a 11.50 Euro BBU-BUD ticket changed to a 100+ Euro DUB-KRK one for summer

My advice is, do not wait for the email, get yourself a cheap phone card, and call the Bule Air call centre in Romania, staff will be helpful as well as speak perfect English
