This flight is great. I used to use this flight as my gateway to Europe (stopped due to Blairite nonsense after Aug 10, 2006; in fact, I had taken this flight on Aug 9 ).

The food overall is better. You get a nice hot breakfast or nice melon-free fruit plate (usually) and then a full dinner (usually filet or chicken; pasta never offered) but no appetizer (like the new trend for redeye flights!!).

If you have no work to do then kick back after breakfast, drink some champagne and watch movies...... I have zero jetlag after this flight.

If you are having issues budgeting hotels then you can get them for ~$70 for a 4* on Priceline..... no worries.

The flight is usually early and never had any delays over the 4-5 years I have taken this flight.

I wish they ran a daylight flight to FRA.........
