How do you manage that? I can't ever figure out what I'm going to get...or what I might get on an alternate routing.

I've been consistently screwed...every time. Once, I had a suites (seatmap) booked in both directions (DFW-KIX). AA decided to discontinue suites on the route between my outbound and inbound (last spring). Then, my outbound was delayed and delayed...then an equipment change to coffins.

I've never been able to win, so I can't speak for the suites, but the coffins are not exactly flat...horizontal, yes...but lumpy. Have I just had bad seats every time, or are the coffins poorly designed?
