Currently the flights selling meals are MSP to Phoenix, Las Vegas, Orlando and LaGuardia. Not all flights to and from these destinations have meals for sale though. As of Monday, they were supposed to be adding more flights but I have not heard what was added.

I personally think the meals look very nice. I think the quality was very good. I have heard some people say that the breakfast has too much sugary stachy food but I thought it looked all right. Just remember that they don't put too many meals on these flights. On a MSP-LGA flight I did, we hade 128 people on board and they put on 6 meals! I would love to know their formula!
