Like I mentioned above it is a great destination for both resorts and Havana itself is cheap and hot. There is a great beach 20 minutes out of Havana by car. Lots of fun can be had. Flights for Americans from the Dom Rep, Jamaica, Haiti, etc... When you arrive in Cuba tell the Immig officer no stamp on the pp and they will comply. US citizens can get away with it, as long as they can prove to US Customs and INS that you did not spend any US $'s there if and when questioned about your visit. How did you survive, well living with cuban friends? I will be flying there again in December.
