There is absolutely no difference between Q and K, other than advance purchase requirements. Buy the cheapest fare and check in online at the 24-hour mark. MCO flights are almost entirely families of 3, 4, or 5 but they're on cheap fares with no advance seat assignments too, so the earlier you check in on the web the day before the flight, the better chance you'll have of a seat close to the front. Exit row is almost always available on MCO flights up to departure time due to all the kids on board, and most MCO flights are oversold in coach if they're full, so be nice to the gate agent and you might even get a comp upgrade.
