If you are coming from Israel and have not shopped much in the US, there will be lots of places you will want to check out in South Florida. The US retail market has lots of tiers from luxury to department to mass merchandise to discount to outlet, so there is no real meaning of 'regular' store.

Sawgrass Mills is part of a national group of outlet malls managed by the Mills Corp. Outlet mall generally means that the stores there have merchandise from last season, irregular items, or stuff that for some reason did not sell in the company's regular store (i.e. Saks 5th Avenue operates Off Fifth stores at the outlet mall). Though these days a lot of outlet mall stores are just factory (company owned) stores with almost first quality merchandise (i.e. Nike, Addidas, Levis). The quality of the stores varies from location to location, but Sawgrass Mills is one of the Mills Corp's better malls. When I used to live in South Florida, I went out there a lot just to shop at the Niemen Marcus Last Call clearance store. Have also found some other goods deals out there over the years. It is not so much that the merchandise will be different at the outlet stores - the draw is that you will find stuff cheaper.

You may also want to check out Loehmann's (several south Florida locations) and maybe even other discount stores like Marshalls. Also look for coupons in the paper or online before going to regular stores at the traditional malls.
