It was well worth it. The location is amazing. Miles of great restaurants under the nearby JR train tracks--and contrary to places that might be under the train tracks in, say, Chicago, these places were high class and hopping (note-not hop heads ). Walk to all kinds of interesting shopping and the Imperial Palace.
Indeed, this is a good location, walking distance to Ginza, Imperial Palace, Shiodome. Shimbashi station is right there, 10 minute train ride to Omotesando and Shibuya.
