Overall thoughts?

So is it safe to say, that you agree on one thing, had to had to pay for a coach seat from ORD-HKG, KNOWING you would not get the upgrade, United would not be an option for you.

If you had to pay a "C/D" Class ticket on the same routing, knowing no upgrade, United would not be an option for you.

And if you could pay "F/A" ticket on the same routing there's no way you would chose United.

I will never forget on a flight from ORD-LHR, the puser told the f/a that the business class cabin had 5 full fare paying customers - with a WOOOOW response.

United has to know this. They just have to....and in order to compete, things have to change. You can get new seats, but the overall attitude is the same.

I asked this question because I'm curious as to what you others think. You can't imagine how much I love what I do, with how much passion I live my life, and I always think if you can't do it pursuing excellence, why do it at all.

Thank you for your time,

UG
