What a nice touch from Captain Currie (sp?) this weekend. He coloured an otherwise dull flight by, saying things like "if you look out your left wing, you may see another plane descending alongside in the parallel runway... so it's almost like your personal airshow".

Most of all, he said at the end "Thank you for flying with us today. We understand that you have choices when it comes to airlines and we at Air Canada truly appreciate your business."

Going beyond the usual "thanks for flying with us/*A" by saying we had a choice was a nice touch. Perhaps Milton and Duchesne can take a customer service lesson from Captain Currie!
