I've been staying at this property lately. The reason is because the Westin's rates are higher than our project allows for a hotel in Charlotte 180. Although I occasionally snag a mistake corporate rate for 119 at the Westin.

The hotel's exterior is not bad. The check-in is qiuck and efficient. The lobby is small and clean. Vending machines, workout room and business center on the 1st floor appear to be clean and up to date.

Room:
First stay I had a 2 room suite with 2 full size beds. The room was very clean and the bedding was new. The only minor thing I noticed was an un-clean bathroom ceiling, not dirty, but just not clean and new.

Second stay I had a regular sized room with 2 full beds. Same as the first in terms of cleanliness.

Overall it is a decent hotel for the $$.
