I was just looking at the megatop seatmap from SQ themselves, and noted visually that on the upper deck, rows 12 and 14 seem to have slightly better pitch than rows 18 and 19.

Is that true in real life? I am about to fly my first Raffles flight and on my flights, rows 17 and 11 are taken, so will have to settle for the others.
