1. No original EU-15 airline flies Russian jets. There are a few VIP remaining Tu-154M for VIP aircraft of some Baltic countries, and perhaps Poland (though I think Poland sold their Tu-154s and Yak-40s).

2. Tu-154M is now only flow by Russian and some CIS airlines to EU destinations. Most airlines, such as Aeroflot, have a mixed fleed of Western and Eastern aircraft and they mostly fly the Western aircraft to popular destinations such as London, Frankfurt, Paris (i.e. A321 Aeroflot @ LHR)

3. Tu-154M and other Russian jets can be fitted with hushkits. It may not be cheap and economical, but it can be done.
