We too just arrived back from a 9 day stay at the JW Marriott Cancun. We had a wonderful time. I would try to get Club 91. We booked our 3 rooms in March last year. On our last day, both hotels were fully booked by TEK Systems (1400+ People) so make sure the dates you select don't fall on their dates. They book the hotel every year. Before they arrived it was very quiet and we had no problem getting chairs at the pool. If you want a view of the main pools select an even number room, odd numbers face Casa Magna and swim up bar pool.
Both properties had many rocks on the beach and should be restored by next year. Prices are out of this world. Walmart sold beer for $5US for a six pack and across the street from the hotel it was $8US.

Cancun hasn't loaded for January 2008 yet. I think they are up to December 15, 2007. You'll get it, keep trying.
