And that is what should happen because not many other airlines have Premium Economy product available and of course SK must have a possibility to choose what other airlines they use.
But in that case they reroute the passenger in Economy instead of Premium Economy, I think they should give something back in exchange of failing to deliver the product they sold. It could be directly some portion of the fare, voucher, points or something similar.
It shouldn't be difficult for an airline to figure out a way to keep passengers satisfied - especially for airlines who are promoting that they are service-oriented airlines who want to think their passengers first. It would be totally different story with LCCs.
