You can make circuit parties what you want. I love dancing, music, flirting, so....I naturally have a good time at them. But I doubt I'd ever attend the Black Party again. I found it too dark, leathery, scary, violent, ugly, etc.. I'll admit, I love the sanitized circuit events, like Disney, where everyone is happy and ebullient. They are more like big beach/pool parties than circuit events.

But I do agree that Alegria is a total blast. The crowd is lively and happy and hopefully the scary imagery of the Black Party will not be seen.
