I booked AA codeshare flights on JAL through AA...my itinerary includes AA flights as well. I got a confirmation code (record locator?) from JAL. When I enter the code in "My Reservations", I see my first JAL flight listed (an AA flight is actually the first flight in the itinerary). When I click on this flight, I don't get information about it, but rather see mention of the final flight in my itinerary (which is an AA flight).

"You should be able to see your reservation," the JAL phone rep tells me. Is my situation normal when booking through AA? It seems like a complete mess if you ask me.

I already have seat assignments, but I thought I might be able to check out the configuration and other details of my JAL flights.
