These changes have affected my flight back from BKK - CPH in C. SAS have automatically moved us a day earlier as per the notice on the link.
This is no good for us as we are unable to connect back 24 hours earlier as we are elsewhere in Asia. Speaking to the travel agent who booked us, SAS will not refund the tickets, nor will they let us transfer over to the TG flight that operates to CPH an hour later.
Can this possibly be correct or is the travel agent (who is very good and we have used for years) mistaken? Even Ryanair and Easyjet offer a refund if a flight is cancelled, so I just find this incredible that SAS won't be more flexible.
