Weights for me, at least 3 times per week. BUT, if I have a long flight coming up, I'll either swap out or just add in more cardio stuff.

The IHRSA membership (referred to earlier) comes with the gym I belong to at home, & also works well for me.

Not sure how "viable" it would be. I'm sure along with profitability issues, there's insurance to pay for, maintenance, etc. It would really add a lot of value to airline club memberships for airline clubs to have them, that's for sure. The DFW Terminal A A/C fits the bill for just getting a decent run in between flights.
