Is this a change? Surely they cannot consider Spring Break a special event. If this is indeed a change, that would significantly alter my hotel stays.
No, all that is wrong here is that all the standard room types are booked up for three days worth of occupancy beginning March 13th. But, you could book an award here for the same dates using a small premium of Starpoints by calling the Customer Contact Center and asking for Cat2 Specialty award.
