I-class is the booking class for business class award. So, you are allowed to use the business class lounge.
In HKG, you have the option to go to Silver Kris Lounge Business Class, or the VS Lounge, which might not open depending on your time of departure ex-HKG.
At SIN, the best bet would be SKL.
