Where is AA's hub overseas? Is Texas now another country? Or are you classifying LHR as a hub just because AA flies from several US cities to there?

Northwest, SAS and TACA came to mind first.

Then there's the Lan group (Lan Argentina, Lan Chile, Lan Ecuador, Lan Peru, etc.).
