not a particularly suprising move, they moved to match Hertz. As of December, it was still 59 minutes. Ergo, everyone CHECK YOUR contracts, and the JACKET the contract comes in. THE JACKET has the official rules and grace period in it. If the jacket says 59, then if you are charged for 29 min over, you can and should argue the point.
Preferred, if you did not get an updated member agreement, your still on the 59 min standard.
