for those who have been there..... Deluxe Ocean & Bay View vs. Grand Deluxe room. is it worth 75/night more for the latter room?

Only difference I could discern was a jacuzzi on the balcony? Also how old is the hotel and are the beds good? (I've been in some saggy heavenly beds....)
