For Gallagher's haters, what suggestions do you have at EWR?

Certainly not the Rio Mino -- surely service and mediocre food. And please don't say New Jersey Diner. Bistro where the flight crews eat? Ample portions but pretty bad. So its sneak some sushi take away or Famiglia pizza into the PC? Am I missing something / somewhere?
