I booked a flight a week ago and today, looking through my itinerary one segment AMS-SEA was pulled. I figured this was due to CRAF and tried to check other routings that would help me make a connection SEA-HNL, but nothing through DTW, MSP or LAX would do it.

When I called the elite line, I basically said I saw what had happened and wanted to move my flights to this week as there is avilability on all segments. They said because this is a military requirement they (NWA Reservations) has no authority to change a non-refundable reservation other than alternate flights on that same day. This, of course, would break the whole return portion of my itinerary.

Anyone know what the rules are regarding re-booking due to CRAF? Vegas Agent - I figured if anyone would know, it's you. Ideas from anyone are welcome. Pvt e-mail. Thanks!

Thanks for the confidence -- but, hate to disappoint ya -- I will have to look the policy up on this and follow up. What the reservation agent told you doesn't sound right though...but since you are trying to reschedule by more than a day or so, there may be a catch somewhere... I'll get back to ya!
