They said because this is a military requirement they (NWA Reservations) has no authority to change a non-refundable reservation other than alternate flights on that same day. Thanks for the confidence -- but, hate to disappoint ya -- I will have to look the policy up on this and follow up. What the reservation agent told you doesn't sound right though...but since you are trying to reschedule by more than a day or so, there may be a catch somewhere... I'll get back to ya!
