There are a few different interconnected terminals there using trains. You may have to pass through another security screening, which can be variable depending on how many people are there. As one data point, when I was there a couple weeks ago it took me about 15 minutes to get throughs security and another 15-20 minutes to transit from one concourse to another.

Well actually it's one big terminal separted by glass partions, and un-needed people movers which the taxpayers will be paying off for decades to come.
Paella, you will arrive in the middle of the terminal on level 3. You will exit (the only exit) to an area which contains the domestic check-in counters. Take an escalator up one floor to 4 where you will have to go through security and then back down to level three to Immigration. After exiting immgration take time to have a coffee at Starbucks or get yourself on the un-needed train which will take you down to your gate area. It's really quite simple..........
