My guess is at least a 4, probably a 5.

The other premium hotels in the Village are not cheap.

I have a season pass for Mammoth, and usually go about twice a month during the winter season. Realistically, I'll probably never set foot in this place if it's priced like I think it's going to be. Much better deals doing a nice condo rental.

The whole village concept is interesting - trying to attract the Aspen type crowd to Mammoth - but I don't know how well it is going to work. To me, it's everything that Mammoth is not about.
